Low Melting Point Alloys (LMPA) or fusible alloys are metal alloys combined of at least 2 of the following elements: Bismuth (Bi), Tin (Sn), Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Indium (In), having a melting point range of 11 – 300 deg. C, alloyed by the international producer and market leader 5N Plus, either as standard or custom made according to the customer demand and specification.


Some of the main application of LMPA are:

• Work holding in machining process such as the production of jet engine blades.
• Optical lens production
• Radiation Shields
• Tube and section bending
• Pewters and casting alloys
• Fusible safety devices
• Lost core castings
